    Please include completed order form with payment to insure prompt shipment of your order.  Please do not forget to include shipping costs in your payment. You will receive a notification email upon shipment provided that you included your email address on the order form.
    Shipping & Handling
     

    We do not believe in marking up the shipping costs to make an additional profit on shipping.  Our shipping costs do include a minimal handling fee to cover costs.  We will always ship the most affordable way unless otherwise specified by you.  Our default shipping method is USPS Ground.  You will always be notified by email when your purchase ships.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
